Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Customer Service Associate in Manchester to manage day-to-day property operations, marketing, maintenance and tenancy administration. You will drive an excellent resident experience to support occupancy and retention goals and work as part of a collaborative team.

The role focuses on providing front-line service, handling queries, coordinating events, and assisting with leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a front-of-house or client-facing role.
• Experience working within a property management or housing/community setting is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a team to deliver exceptional resident living.
• Supports the creation of a positive, memorable experience for residents.
• Delivers all aspects of customer service, including front of house service.
• Responds to queries/complaints in line with the complaints procedure.
• Supports events and activities within the Community.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients.
• Develops local knowledge of travel, entertainment and amenities for residents.
• Completes administrative tasks including logging maintenance requests and updating databases.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties and events for residents.
• Undertakes marketing activities such as attending open days and leafleting.
• Carries out sales and leasing activities including viewings and move-ins.
• Assists with Community move-in/out processes.
• Completes Health and Safety compliance activities.
• Participates in on-call roster for after-hours support.
• Chases outstanding rent arrears and supports rent collection targets.
• Promotes tenancy extensions and other revenue streams.
• Raise purchase orders in line with procedures.
• Ensure tenant refunds are processed promptly and in line with policy.
• Look to maximise efficiency of utilities.
• Assist with other reasonable requests by management.
