Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join the team. You will help manage the property and community, handling front-of-house services, rental processes, marketing support, and tenancy administration to promote an excellent resident experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive service, and responsive communication to residents, with opportunities to engage in events and community activities while contributing to occupancy and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Deliver front of house service and exceptional resident experiences.
• Support marketing, maintenance and tenancy administration to achieve occupancy targets.
• Respond to resident queries and complaints in line with procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, notices and tenancy extensions where required.
• Support events and activities within the community and build relationships with University clients.
