Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the Birmingham area to manage day-to-day property and community operations, including marketing, maintenance coordination and tenancy administration, to deliver an outstanding resident experience and support occupancy and retention goals.

The role emphasizes front-of-house service, resident queries handling, and collaboration with a team to ensure smooth leasing journeys and community events.

Competenze

• Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer facing service delivery role.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Good level of general education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; familiarity with databases or booking systems is a plus.
