Greystar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help manage the property and its community, including marketing, maintenance coordination, tenancy administration, and delivering an outstanding resident experience to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

You will work within a team, build positive relationships with residents and University clients, handle inquiries, and support on-site operations while adhering to health and safety policies and company procedures.

Competenze

• Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer facing service delivery role.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise.

Mansioni

• Deliver all aspects of customer service, including front of house and tenancy administration.
• Respond to queries and complaints, following Greystar’s procedures.
• Support marketing, events and activities within the Community.
