• Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings and enquiries.
• Plans daily activities to maximise leasing targets.
• Converts leads into viewings and bookings to hit targets.
• Ensures accurate data capture in systems and contact records.
• Welcomes on-site inquiries with a warm, service-focused approach.
• Follows up on documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Manages move-ins and move-outs, and supports cross-site activities.
• Responds to online enquiries in a professional, engaging manner.
