Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Experience in Nuclear or Civil engineering sectors is desired.
• Broad technical knowledge in Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Professional qualifications like RICS, CIOB are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts under NEC3 Options A, C, and E.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports and update risk registers.
• Carry out contract administration duties.
• Support procurement activities from tender strategy to contract award.
• Identify and manage commercial risks.
• Support supply chain performance reviews.
