Qualifications

• Pharmacists registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council required.
• Postgraduate clinical diploma or equivalent experiential learning needed.
• Post registration hospital experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and effective specialist clinical pharmacy service.
• Audit and develop medicines management.
• Train and supervise rotational pharmacists.
• Assist in providing clinical training and supervision.
