A leading veterinary services provider in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Senior Clinical Director for the Companion Animal division. The role involves providing strategic leadership, conducting practice visits, and fostering team development. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the capability to drive business performance. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Clinical Director to join us in our Companion Animal division across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire (Region 12).
You'll likely be an accomplished Clinical Director ready for your next challenge, or a high-achieving Vet keen to maintain your clinical skills whilst using and developing your people leadership and business management skills.
You must be passionate about developing a team to deliver superior client and clinical care.
You will be a role model and advocate for our core values and prepared to consistently challenge yourself and your colleagues to live by them.
As the Senior Clinical Director you will work within Region 12s team of SCD/SPDs, the RD, and your aligned practice leaders, to provide leadership, operational and strategic direction, and deliver the P&L.
You will carry out regular practice visits, attend and present at regional meetings and play your part in driving clinical cohesion and commercial performance of the region.
Alongside the above, it will be an advantage if you have experience in multi-site leadership.
This is a key role working with a progressive leadership team.
The role is full time working 40 hours per week although we support flexibility and are open to discussing what this role could look like for you.
