Temporary (4 months), full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday

Salary £31,150 pa plus On call shift payment of £14.30 per session and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Want to lead a team that really cares and empowers customers to live their best life?As a Senior Client Services Manager in Torquay, you’ll lead one of our Devon Enhanced Community Recovery Service teams to deliver person centred housing related support and make it a Great Place To Work for our colleagues!

You’ll manage our 5-bed house, helping support customers with complex mental health issues develop their skills and achieve independence. This is your chance to unleash the potential in our colleagues, delivering excellent outcomes for our customers!

Typical day as a Senior Client Service Manager

Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contract, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.

Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service

Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recordedaccurately

Managing the contract, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners

Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectivesto ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service

You have

A calm, flexible and creative approach to problem solving.

The ability to make decisions under pressure, in line with policy and procedure.

The understanding of where our customers are in their life and have the passion to advocate for them.

Experience of people management and delivering support in a housing or care environment

Clear understanding of mental health and housing law.

To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!

Job details

Flexible working hours (or we’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you)

This is a service-based role and you will spend your time on site in Exeter, with occasional travel elsewhere.

Able to use technology for Microsoft Office, and internal applications, strong written language skills and attention to detail.

You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
