A prominent engineering services firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Civil or Structural Engineer to join their Epsom team. The successful candidate will have a background in civil-structural design and analysis, particularly within nuclear projects. Responsibilities include project ownership, managing design processes, and fostering client relationships. Are you an innovative senior civil or structural engineer or consultant who is capable of agile, lateral thinking and enjoys applying and developing technical leadership and engineering management skills to deliver exciting projects? Do you aspire to thrive in a niche industry utilising your experience in delivery ownership of structural design and assessment, finite element analysis, technical report writing and reviewing, as well as your soft skills in client engagement and engineering management?
Are you chartered with a recognised civil or structural engineering institution (IStructE, ICE or other) in your current job or have a similar level of capability to this, but want to invigorate your career and bolster your portfolio with exciting new projects within a buoyant industry? We are looking for full‑time senior civil and structural engineers to join our growing team in Epsom, to support a wide range of new build nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs and future fusion reactor technologies. You will enjoy cultivating strong working relationships and reinforcing your technical skills and applying your management expertise to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You will be working a minimum of 3 days per week from a Power New Build office or client office.
