Job summary

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in civil works, ideally as a subcontractor site manager or in senior supervisory roles on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead QHSE compliance across all civil activities and oversee subcontracted/direct works.
• Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and execution while coordinating supervisors.
• Produce progress reports, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve technical issues, manage documentation, and ensure completion of MC certificates.
