Job summary

DPD Group is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive people-side change across the organisation. You will maximise ROI on transformation initiatives by engaging stakeholders, reducing resistance, and fostering continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include developing change strategy, conducting impact analyses, coaching leaders, and measuring outcomes with KPIs to ensure successful adoption and integration with project plans.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale organisational change programmes.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels.
Ability to design and implement training materials and user documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a change management strategy across the business.
Conduct change impact analyses to identify challenges and risks and mitigation plans.
Identify and manage key stakeholders with tailored engagement tactics.
Coach senior leaders, managers and project teams in sponsorship and execution roles.
Measure change readiness and outcomes using KPIs and report findings.
