Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting a Change Manager to lead the people-side of transformation across the business. You will drive adoption of new processes, systems and structures, maximise ROI on change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop change strategy, communications, training plans and stakeholder engagement, coach leaders, monitor KPIs and ensure consistent delivery across sites, including Oldbury.

Qualifications

• Change management experience in an enterprise setting.
• Ability to develop training materials and communications plans.
• Stakeholder mapping and engagement across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the people-side of change across the business.
• Develop change strategy, communications, sponsor roadmaps and training plans.
• Coach senior leaders, managers and project teams in sponsorship and execution.
