Job summary

Golden Charter Limited is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Lead to drive adoption of changes across services and teams in the UK. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure changes are understood, embraced, and embedded throughout the organisation.

You will be a trusted advisor, coaching leaders through change, assessing impacts, and creating practical plans that support successful adoption across complex transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change initiatives across large organisations.
• Ability to influence and coach senior leaders through transitions.
• Track record of embedding new processes and systems successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion change across the organisation to maximise adoption.
• Work with leaders and stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and embedded.
• Assess impacts, design practical plans and coach teams through transitions.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a proactive change advisor.
