Job summary

Heathrow Group is seeking a People Change Lead to drive the successful implementation, adoption and embedding of change across our People function and the wider business. You will lead the delivery of change initiatives aligned to our People Plan and Heathrow’s strategic objectives, helping colleagues navigate and adopt change.

Reporting to the People Change Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of change management activities for small and medium-sized transformation initiatives, and

• Experience delivering change management in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and tools, applied pragmatically.
