Job summary

Delaney & Bourton is seeking a Change, Communications & Training Lead to steer the people side of a major transformation. You will own the end-to-end change strategy and lead a multidisciplinary team delivering change management, communications and training across multiple sites.

You will engage senior stakeholders, establish governance, and drive adoption metrics to ensure readiness for go-live and sustained business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change on large-scale technology or operational transformation programmes.
• Ownership of change strategies, readiness assessments, governance and adoption metrics.
• Leadership across change, communications and training functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall change strategy, roadmap and adoption measures.
• Lead a team spanning change management, communications and training.
• Build senior stakeholder engagement, secure sponsorship and manage resistance.
