Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Change Delivery Lead to support people-focused change across transformation programmes and business improvement initiatives. You will work with project teams and leaders to ensure change is planned, communicated, adopted and embedded, enabling colleagues to realise transformation benefits.

You will lead change activities, develop adoption strategies, conduct impact assessments and design communications and training to drive successful outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change management activities within transformation, business change or continuous improvement environments.
• Experience developing change plans, stakeholder engagement approaches and adoption activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting change impact assessments, readiness activities and behavioural change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across business functions.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of change activities across transformation programmes and business improvements.
• Develop change plans, stakeholder engagement approaches and adoption strategies.
• Conduct change impact assessments, readiness activities and stakeholder analysis.
• Design and deliver communications, engagement activities, training and adoption plans.
• Support leaders to guide teams through change.
• Monitor change adoption, identify risks and barriers, and support embedment.
• Champion change management best practice and continuous improvement.
