Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people-side of transformation across the business, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems and structures while maximising ROI and building a culture of continuous improvement.

You will design change strategies, run sponsor roadmaps, training plans and communications, coach leaders, manage resistance, measure outcomes with KPIs, and collaborate with project teams to embed change into delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change programs across large organisations.
• Ability to develop communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans.
• Proven approach to resistance management and stakeholder engagement.
• Coaching leaders and project teams in sponsorship and execution.

Responsibilities
