Senior Change and Delivery Officer – Waverley Court

Salary: 46,023 - 54,476 per annum. Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Change and Delivery team, working to deliver high‑priority programmes that support the implementation of the Council’s Business Plan and digital‑first ambitions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, management and implementation of high‑profile projects and programmes.
  • Maintain an outcome‑focused approach and deliver results within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Develop, embed and manage customer‑facing transformation programmes, including multi‑channel and omni‑channel initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and drive continuousbedo improvements.
  • Apply transformation platforms such as automation and artificial intelligence to enhance service delivery.
  • Use Project Portfolio Management processes and methodologies to prioritise and allocate resources.
  • Interpret, analyse and present complex information to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Design and implement process improvements and determine changes required within CRM or CRX systems.

  • Foster a culture of continuous service improvement and adopt behavioural competencies of Respect, Integrity and Flexibility.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified to a degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent evidence of experience.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Experience managing and embedding business change activities around multi‑channel programmes and deliverables.
  • Experience managing and maintaining a CRM platform.
  • Knowledge of a variety of transformation platforms including automation and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge and application of Project Portfolio Management approaches, processes and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of public‑sector challenges and experience managing major project initiatives.
