A respected multi‑disciplinary construction consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Senior CDM Consultant to join their Birmingham‑based team, delivering projects across the Midlands.

As part of ongoing expansion, they are looking to appoint a Senior CDM Consultant.

The Senior CDM Consultant Role

The successful Senior CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM and Principal Designer duties on a range of complex projects.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Senior CDM Consultant looking to take the next step.

Duties of the Senior CDM Consultant to include:

• Acting as Principal Designer on a range of projects.
• Providing CDM advisory services from project inception through to completion.
• Managing and coordinating design risk management processes.
• Reviewing designs and identifying, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risks.
• Preparing and maintaining pre‑construction information and health and safety files.
• Liaising with clients, designers, contractors and other duty holders to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015.
• Attending design team and client meetings.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the CDM team.
