Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for CDD Analysts and provide guidance.
• Manage complex reviews triggered by screening and processing sensitive legal orders.
• Drive quality standards and support team leaders with training.

Skills

Experience in first line of defence (1LOD)

Data manipulation (Excel/SQL)

Ability to explain complex rationales clearly

Curiosity with confidence in making risk decisions

Passion for detecting and preventing financial crime
