Kelly Park Limited is a family run business founded in August 1994. We are one of Durham County Council’s preferred providers and are delighted to announce we have secured a 6-year contract with the local authority, providing domiciliary home care support to vulnerable adults and children across the county.
Assigned to one of the following areas: Durham, Consett, Stanley, Chester Le Street.
Previous domiciliary care is an essential requirement as part of this post; the ideal candidate would be carrying our senior care duties as well as supporting our care coordinators and risk assessment team.
Our Senior Carers work a predictable and balanced four‑week rota, designed to promote continuity of care while supporting a healthy work‑life balance.
Pattern: 4 days on / 3 days off (rotating). Average: 42 hours per week. This structured rota allows for consistent planning, fair rotation, and adequate rest between working weeks, ensuring stability for both staff and residents.
This position sits at a natural progression point from care and support within the community to more management responsibilities and administrative duties.
