Qualifications

Senior Carer - Care Home

Location: Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9JB

Hours: 33 OR 44 hours per week - Days

Pay: £1 5.80 per hour

The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant youll play a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Youll :

  • Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and reviews
  • Ensure residents dignity, preferences, and wellbeing are always respected
  • Help create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents and colleagues
Essential Criteria
  • Experience as a Senior Carer in a Care Home
  • Strong knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to personalised care
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
