Your Position:

• Assist the Manager and Deputy with daily tasks.
• Provide people with individualised, superior care that improves their quality of life.
• In the manager’s absence, take charge of the house.
• Oversee, guide, and motivate subordinate care employees.
• Follow policy when administering, documenting, and monitoring medicine.
• Keep your documentation and care plans up to date.
• Establish trusting bonds with staff, family, and residents.
• Encourage a friendly, safe, and upbeat atmosphere for everyone.
