A leading elderly care provider in Stamford is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support and work alongside the Care team. You will be responsible for monitoring residents' well-being, assisting with medication, and supervising staff. A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in care is required along with 2 years' experience in a similar role. This is a role for a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Stamford. The focus will be on supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person‑centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
