Nights in our home are about providing reassurance, comfort, and high‑quality care while our residents rest — ensuring they feel safe, supported, and valued at all times. Responsibilities
  • Help to ensure that all care, domestic and kitchen staff contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home and the creation of the right atmosphere.
  • Assist residents with their personal care needs.
  • Answer call bells, emergency bells, the door and the telephone: greet visitors.
  • Ensure the healthcare needs of the residents are met by liaising with GP’s District Nurses, Chiropodists etc.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification.
  • Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Experience of providing care.
