Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to the residents, including observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value-driven way. You will be creating an environment where the atmosphere feels like the residents' personal home, catering to all of their individual needs.
