As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key leadership role within our care team. You’ll be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing person-centred care plans, and ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll also supervise and mentor care staff, helping them grow and maintain best practices.
Within close proximity of the vibrant city of Sunderland and all that it has to offer, Ashlea Lodge is a modern home with two floors that provides specialist care for older people, many of whom are living with dementia.
