Senior Care Assistant

Senior Care Assistant – The White House, Beccles
£14.20 per hour, 36 hours per week on days

Schedule
  • Day shift: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (including every other weekend)
  • Night shift: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am (including every other weekend), 24 hours per week on nights
Overview

Located in the market town of Beccles in Suffolk, The White House is a beautiful period house with a number of elegant and airy reception rooms decorated to accentuate the building’s individual character.

Providing residential and respite care for 31 residents, the home care team focus on kindness and compassion when meeting the needs of their residents.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
  • Provide companionship and offer social interaction
  • Maintain accurate resident records
  • Administer prescribed medication and update medication charts as applicable
  • Support and lead our existing care team
Training & Support

Whether you are an experienced senior care assistant or are ready to take your first step into a senior role, we will provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well‑established team who truly value their colleagues.
