This role involves design, drawings, and calculations up to 132kV while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have an HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering, experience in cabling design, and proficiency in relevant software. This opportunity offers a hybrid working model with a salary range of £50,000 - £75,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• HNC / HND in Electrical Engineering essential; a degree or equivalent higher qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end cabling design projects.
• Competent in cable routing and design, with practical knowledge of relevant software tools.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to maintain effective client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cabling projects, ensuring high-quality designs are delivered within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, calculations, and design documentation.
• Plan and design cable routes, resolving advanced engineering challenges and technical constraints.
• Review and approve earthing studies and design outputs.
• Support site teams by offering engineering input and solutions to technical queries.
