Senior Business Travel Consultant – Join an exceptional business travel team

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join an incredibly supportive, high‑performing team. This is an opportunity to be part of a well‑established, people‑focused travel operation handling complex global itineraries, offering the kind of service that keeps clients coming back year after year.

The role can be based fully remotely across the UK or hybrid from West London, with the option to work from their beautiful Kew offices when you choose.

Senior Business Travel Consultant – what will I be doing?
  • You’ll take full ownership of end‑to‑end business travel arrangements, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and commercially sound solutions.
  • Manage the full life cycle of travel bookings: complex air, multi‑sector itineraries, low‑cost carriers, rail, hotels, car hire and private jets
  • Handle ticketing, reissues, refunds and fare construction with accuracy and confidence
  • Take an active interest in the business travel sector and attend occasional industry events
  • You’ll be joining a tight‑knit pod within a larger team, known for being collaborative, fun, and genuinely committed to delivering outstanding service.

  • Several years of solid business travel experience, handling highly complex itineraries

Salary: c£40,000 base plus excellent bonus of up to £10k depending on performance
