The Digital BI team at Kingfisher is looking for a talented, customer-focused Business Intelligence Developer to strengthen the BI capabilities across our Digital function. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead data-source initiatives and projects, build new data mechanisms, and develop a deep understanding of the business across all markets. You will play a key role in the long-term improvement of the customer experience and the ongoing success of both Group and Banner operations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and a genuine passion for business intelligence. You will be comfortable working with large and complex data sets from multiple sources, using insight to identify, prioritise, and support meaningful business opportunities. You will bring excellent analytical capability, strong technical skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You will also be customer-focused, self-motivated, and confident operating in ambiguous environments, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
