Job description

We’re looking for a high-energy, motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a rapidly growing enterprise sales organisation. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership and the Enterprise Account Executives to drive pipeline growth across the UK&I and Nordic regions.

The BDR team forms the engine of the ambitious revenue strategy. You’ll connect senior enterprise prospects with the sales teams, using a range of outreach channels to spark new conversations and position the platform to key decision-makers. As you grow, you’ll gain opportunities to conduct presentations, support product demos, and deepen your enterprise sales expertise.

They offer a dynamic, supportive environment that prioritizes ongoing training, career development, and access to leading sales technology. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a career in enterprise software sales while learning world‑class prospecting and qualification methodologies.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage potential customers through outbound phone, email, and social outreach to generate qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition to specific buyer personas, driving interest and securing initial discovery meetings
  • Support event‑driven pipeline by driving attendance, coordinating on‑site meetings, and following up on inbound engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimise lead follow‑up, content‑driven outreach, and campaign execution
  • Research and enrich target accounts using social networks, internal databases, and leading sales tools
  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline visibility in Salesforce
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Share best practices within the team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Develop strong platform knowledge to deliver introductory demos and connect product capabilities to business outcomes
  • Build foundational understanding of adjacent technologies (AI, BI, data) and relevant market trends
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to refine qualification processes and enhance pipeline generation
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or business development
  • Exposure to technologies such as Data, AI, or Business Intelligence is a strong advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, industries, and concepts
  • Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills
  • Success working in a target‑driven environment
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English required
Why This Role?

You’ll join a collaborative, high‑performance team in a fast‑moving enterprise sales culture. They invest heavily in training, covering prospecting, qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDPICC), and product expertise, while providing a clear path for career progression in Enterprise Software Sales.
