You will lead a variety of Building Surveying services across an exciting array of projects in sectors such as government, education, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of consultancy experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role includes mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with a RICS-accredited degree.
• Currently at Senior, Principal, or Associate level.
• Willing to travel for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and support team operations.
• Drive business growth and client relationships.
• Deliver surveying services, project management, and contract administration.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support APC candidates.
• Contribute to bid preparation and work-winning.
