Qualifications

• A relevant degree and membership of an engineering, environmental, architectural, or sustainability body.
• Proven experience in the delivery of multiple BREEAM assessments.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainability assessments including BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and Fitwel.
• Manage certification projects and liaise with specialists.
• Collaborate to deliver projects within program and budget.

Skills

Experience in sustainability assessments, including BREEAM

Technical capability in consultancy

Assessment skills across development types

Knowledge of international standards like LEED and WELL

Understanding of energy and sustainability
