Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Competent in directing contractors and managing maintenance processes.
• Confident in handling EH&S issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hard services and ensure compliance.
• Support Facilities team with daily maintenance tasks.
• Manage Building Management System and critical safety equipment.
