• Degree (or equivalent) in ecology or an associated subject, and a membership of an appropriate professional institution.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and policy (particularly within Scotland).
• Experience of leading and managing biodiversity assessments using Statutory Metric.

Responsibilities

• Deliver biodiversity net gain assessments for infrastructure projects across Scotland.
• Produce and review biodiversity assessments including BNG feasibility reports.
• Collaborate with ecologists and design enhancements for nature.
