This hybrid role includes leading drawing production, ensuring technical quality, and mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Revit and Civils 3D, as well as a solid understanding of steelwork and concrete. • Provide technical assurance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 standards.
• Attend client meetings and design reviews.
• Manage risk, quality, and commercial viability of projects.
• Collaborate with directors on strategy and business development.
