Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead delivery in a BIM environment across Defence, Government, and industrial projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, establish ISO 19650 compliant processes, and drive information management practices within a UK-wide and international project portfolio.

You will collaborate with a UK-wide team, develop BIM policies, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and budget adherence.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
Experience implementing ISO 19650 accreditation/certification in a business setting.
Experience establishing and managing ISO 19650‑compliant processes on projects.
Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes, protocols, and tools.

Responsibilities

Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and client to communicate progress and changes.
Manage the BIM process with the necessary tools on large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Contribute to development of BIM policies and strategies within the company.
Ensure compliance with BIM policies and standards across projects.
Support the BIM Lead in information management and process optimization.
