Job summary

Arcadis are seeking a BIM Manager to lead delivery within a UK defence and government-oriented project portfolio. You will work under the BIM Team Leader and Technical Director, applying advanced BIM skills across large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.

You will shape BIM policy, ensure compliance, and mentor team members while supporting continuous improvement in information management and digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and client.
• Manage the BIM process in large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Input to BIM policies and strategies; ensure compliance within the team.
• Support BIM Lead in information management, QA, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with drafting and BIM standards across projects.
• Review and advocate for optimal BIM software and investments.
