Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to report to the BIM Team Leader and support Defence, Local Government, and other multi-disciplinary projects. You will lead BIM delivery, ensure ISO 19650 compliance, and mentor team members across a UK-wide engineer network.

You will collaborate on a diverse project portfolio, manage information flows, and continuously improve BIM practices aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Familiarity with implementing BIM accreditation/certification (ISO 19650) in a business setting.
• Experience establishing and managing ISO 19650-compliant processes on projects.
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes, protocols, and tools.
• Capable of delivering work on time and within budget with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and client to communicate progress and changes.
• Manage the BIM process with necessary tools on large-scale projects and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Provide input to the development of the company BIM policies and strategies.
• Implement and ensure compliance with BIM policies and strategies within the team.
• Support the BIM Lead in information management, quality assurance, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Arcadis drafting and BIM standards and national standards.
• Review BIM software options and develop business cases for new investments.
