Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM-enabled delivery across Defence, Local Government and other sectors. You will report to the BIM Team Leader and work with a UK-wide team to support national and international projects.

You will mentor staff, refine information management strategies, and ensure compliance with Arcadis BIM standards and national standards. You will manage the BIM process, supervise model quality, and develop strategies for software and data environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BIM-enabled project delivery.
• Experience implementing BIM accreditation/certification (ISO 19650).
• Experience establishing ISO 19650-compliant processes on projects.
• Able to train and support team members in BIM processes and tools.
• Deliver work on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
• Experience in BIM coordination and running coordination workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Project Manager and client to communicate progress and changes.
• Manage BIM processes on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to BIM policies and strategies and ensure compliance.
• Support BIM Lead in information management, QA, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with drafting and BIM standards across projects.
• Review software and build business cases for new BIM investments.
