Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery for defence, government, industrial and technology sector projects in the UK. You will report to the BIM Team Leader and collaborate with a UK-wide team to support national and international projects, using advanced BIM skills and ensuring compliance with Arcadis standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Experience implementing ISO 19650 in a business setting.
• Ability to train and support team in BIM processes, protocols and tools.
• Experience with BIM model federation, validation, quality audits and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and client to communicate progress and changes.
• Manage BIM process in large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to BIM policy and strategy development.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards across projects.
• Support BIM Lead in information management, QA, optimization and HR for BIM implementation.
• Review and select BIM software and build business cases for investments.
