Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to join its Places team, reporting to the BIM Team Leader. You will apply advanced BIM skills across defence, local government, and multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with a UK-wide team on national and international work.

You will mentor staff, develop BIM policies, ensure compliance with Arcadis and national standards, and drive continuous improvement in information management and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Familiarity with implementing BIM accreditation/certification (ISO 19650).
• Experience establishing and managing ISO 19650-compliant processes.
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes, protocols, and tools.
• Capable of delivering work on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
• Experience in BIM coordination and management, including running coordination workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and client to communicate progress.
• Manage BIM processes across large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to BIM policy development and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and national standards on all projects.
• Support BIM Lead in information management, QA, process optimization and HR management.
• Review and implement BIM software and develop business cases for new investments.
• Oversee basic model federation, validation and clash detection tasks.
