Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead delivery in BIM environments, focusing on Defence, Central Government and multidisciplinary projects. You will collaborate with a UK-wide team to apply ISO 19650, manage CDEs, and coordinate models using Revit, Navisworks and Solibri.

You will mentor staff, help develop BIM policies, run coordination workshops, and ensure compliance with Arcadis BIM standards on national and international projects while driving digital innovation.

Formación

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Experience in ISO 19650-compliant processes on projects.
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes and tools.
• Experience with BIM coordination and workshops to improve model quality.
• Knowledge of CDEs and digital innovation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop effective working relationships with Project Manager and client for progress communication.
• Manage BIM processes in large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to BIM policy development and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Arcadis BIM standards and national standards.
• Support BIM Lead in information management, QA, and process optimization.
• Lead and participate in coordination workshops to improve model quality.
• Evaluate BIM software tools and build business cases for new investments.
