Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead project delivery across Defence & Local Government and broader national portfolios. You will report to the BIM Team Leader and collaborate with a UK-wide team to uphold BIM standards, policies and best practices.

This role focuses on coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, driving information management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of BIM processes across large-scale projects, while mentoring others and ensuring on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

Proven experience leading BIM project delivery.
Experience implementing ISO 19650 in a business setting.
Ability to train and support BIM processes, protocols and tools.
Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
Experience with BIM model federation, coordination workshops and quality audits.
Knowledge of CDEs such as ACC and Bentley ProjectWise.
Experience with 4D/5D BIM applications would be useful.

Responsibilities

Develop effective working relationships with Project Manager and client for progress communication and issue resolution.
Manage BIM process with necessary tools on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Contribute to developing and updating the company’s BIM policies and strategies.
Implement and ensure compliance with BIM standards across projects.
Support BIM Lead in information management, QA, process optimization and HR aspects of BIM.
Ensure compliance with drafting and BIM standards.
Identify and evaluate BIM software and build business cases for investments.
