Job summary

Arcadis UK is seeking a BIM Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects across defence, Local Government and industry, delivering compliant BIM workflows and standardised information management.

Reporting to the BIM Team Leader, you will mentor engineers, drive ISO 19650 adoption, coordinate with UK-wide teams, and advance digital innovation while ensuring high-quality model delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BIM-enabled project delivery.
• Experience implementing ISO 19650 in a business setting.
• Ability to train and support team in BIM processes, protocols, and tools.
• Experience with BIM coordination and workshops to improve model quality.
• Proficient with Autodesk tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC.
• Experience with BIM model federation, validation, and clash detection.
• Knowledge of CDEs such as ACC and Bentley ProjectWise.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with the Project Manager and client for progress communication and issue resolution.
• Manage the BIM process with necessary tools on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of the company's BIM policies and strategies.
• Implement and ensure compliance with BIM policies within the team.
• Support the BIM Lead in information management, QA, process optimization, and HR management for BIM.
• Ensure compliance with Arcadis drafting and BIM standards and national standards.
• Review BIM software and develop business cases for new investments.
