Job summary

Arcadis is the world's leading design, engineering and consultancy firm delivering sustainable assets. As BIM Manager in our Places team, you will report to the BIM Team Leader and work with a UK-wide engineers’ group to deliver defence, central government and industrial projects, from small to very large scales, applying advanced BIM skills.

You will help shape BIM policy, drive information management, support continuous improvement, and mentor colleagues while staying aligned with ISO 19650

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Experience implementing ISO 19650 accreditation/certification.
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes and tools.
• Experience establishing and managing ISO 19650-compliant processes on projects.
• Experience in BIM coordination and management, including running coordination workshops.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and scripting desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with Project Manager and client to communicate progress and resolve issues.
• Manage BIM processes for large-scale projects with multi-stakeholders.
• Contribute to BIM policy development and align with standards.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards across projects.
• Support BIM Lead in information management, QA, process optimization, HR-related BIM tasks.
• Promote and evaluate BIM software investments and CDE usage.
• Oversee model federation, quality audits, clash detection using Navisworks and Solibri.
