• Proven experience leading bids within civil engineering or MEICA environments.
• Strong technical and/or commercial background.
• Demonstrable leadership of multi-disciplinary bid teams.

• Lead the preparation of PQQs and tender submissions.
• Develop and implement winning bid strategies.
• Manage bid teams to ensure quality across submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Chair tender review and strategy meetings.
