A leading AV integrator seeks an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator in Egham. This role will involve managing the full bid process, from opportunity qualification to submission, while ensuring compliance and quality. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in coordinating bids, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. You will support the Bid Manager and contribute to high-quality submissions in a dynamic team environment. The position offers competitive remuneration and benefits.

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to be a key part of our Egham team. The Senior Bid Coordinator will support the Bid Manager in delivering high-quality, compliant and compelling proposals. They will take ownership of coordinating end-to-end bid activity, ensuring timelines are met, submissions are consistent and stakeholders are fully engaged.
Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.
40 hours per week, 9 hours a day, 8.30am-5.30pm, including an hour unpaid break, Monday-Friday.
